GO Agency Digital Marketing – Terms of Service

Welcome to GO Agency Digital Marketing. By accessing our website, using our platforms or applications, or engaging in our advertising services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.


1. Agreement to Terms

By using our website, platforms, applications, or services, you agree to these Terms of Service, which may be updated from time to time. Continued use of our services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms. You may have also agreed to these terms during the intake form process, opting in to communication from GO Agency and or its affiliates or by agreeing to our cancellation of services.


2. Services Provided

GO Agency offers a range of digital marketing services, including but not limited to:

  • Web design and development
  • Search engine optimization (SEO)
  • Search engine marketing (SEM)
  • Social media management
  • Online reputation management
  • Customer retention strategies
  • Application development

Engagements for these services are subject to separate agreements detailing specific terms and pricing.


3. Confidentiality

We are committed to protecting your confidential information and will take reasonable measures to ensure its confidentiality. However, we cannot guarantee the security of information transmitted through the internet.


4. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and copyrights on our website or provided through our services are the property of GO Agency Digital Marketing or its respective owners. You may not use or reproduce any of this content without our prior written consent.


5. Invoicing and Payment

  • Invoices are payable upon receipt, with payment due within 30 days of the invoice date.
  • Failure to pay invoices on time may result in suspension or termination of services.
  • We reserve the right to link unpaid invoices to a payment page of your domain, or contact your customers to recover delinquent payments and to own or withhold your customer data until payment is received.

6. Advertising Commission and Channels

We reserve the right to charge a 15% commission on ad spend or a minimum agency management fee of $400 per month per advertising channel. Advertising channels are defined as follows:

  • Meta Platforms: Facebook and Instagram
  • TikTok
  • Google Ads
  • Snapchat Advertising
  • AdRoll Retargeting
  • Other Advertising Media

Each platform is considered a separate channel for billing purposes.


7. Guaranteed 2,000 Customers Program

Clients enrolled in our Guaranteed 2,000 Customers Program acknowledge the following:

  • GO Agency retains any advertising dollars spent below the promised $1 cost per lead (CPL).
  • Daily budgets may not always be met due to platform constraints; we reserve the right to reallocate funds across different mediums to optimize ad spend.
  • We do not guarantee specific ad spend levels as we do not control third-party advertising platforms.
  • Monthly ad spend details are available on the Hangry-Hub platform dashboard under Google and Facebook advertising sections.
  • Clients may cancel services at any time; however, no refunds or guarantees of results are provided.
  • Clients accept the inherent risks associated with advertising and acknowledge that GO Agency is not responsible for campaigns that underperform due to platform errors or omissions.

8. Platform Fees and Corporate Agreements

  • Our standard platform fee is $249 per month.
  • Clients paying a discounted rate due to a corporate agreement will revert to the standard fee if the corporate contract is terminated.

9. Credit System and Additional Charges

GO Agency operates on a credit system for utility or hard cost charges, including but not limited to:

  • Phone systems
  • SMS and email services
  • Dedicated IP addresses
  • App notifications
  • Email verifications
  • Integrations and or with social media or AI vendors (e.g., WhatsApp)
  • Domain registration and web hosting
  • Phone number acquisition

Additional costs beyond the monthly fee may be marked up by GO Agency. Clients are responsible for understanding and managing these charges. The client chooses the amount of credit and when it renews or falls below zero or $10.


10. Artificial Intelligence (AI) Services

Clients acknowledge that:

  • AI responses (e.g., Facebook and Instagram comments, reviews, conversations, missed call backs, review acquisition, direct messages, voice, content) incur additional charges per use.
  • New AI features may be introduced with associated costs.
  • Clients are responsible for responding to customer inquiries and should not rely solely on AI services.
  • Ignorance of additional charges does not entitle clients to refunds.

11. Account Delinquency, Chargebacks, and Data Retention

Accounts that become delinquent for more than 60 days will be considered in default and may result in the permanent deletion of all account data, including but not limited to phone numbers, emails, contacts, forms, websites, and billing history. Clients are required to maintain a valid credit card on file at all times, including a backup payment method.

If payments are not received within 60 days, all services — including phone systems, hosting, AI automation, and marketing operations — will be suspended. For clients whose Google Workspace, email, or domain is managed by GO Agency, we reserve the right to redirect associated domains to an invoice payment page or temporary suspension notice until the account balance is brought current.

In the event of a chargeback or payment dispute, the client agrees to:

  • Pay a $99 administrative fee for internal staff to file and manage the dispute response.

  • Pay $315 for executive or director time dedicated to resolving the dispute, responding to legal inquiries, or providing documentation to payment processors, banks, or attorneys.

  • Reimburse all attorney fees, court filing fees, and collection costs incurred by GO Agency to enforce payment, collect outstanding balances, or file liens on the client’s property or business assets.

  • Be subject to 6% monthly interest (72% APR) on any unpaid invoices or disputed balances that remain unresolved beyond the due date.

Chargeback disputes filed after services have been rendered are treated as non-payment under this policy and may result in legal action or lien filing until the balance, fees, and accrued interest are paid in full.


11. Account Transfer Policy

If you request an account transfer, GO Agency reserves the right to remove all proprietary assets prior to the transfer. This includes, but is not limited to, custom automations, forms, templates, images, websites, and any other creative or technical work developed by GO Agency that does not come standard with a native GO High Level account.

Following the transfer, it is solely your responsibility to ensure that the account is functional. GO Agency is not obligated to provide setup, troubleshooting, or support post-transfer. Any client-requested assistance requiring more than 15 minutes will be billed at a rate of $315 per hour.

  • Accounts delinquent for over 60 days will be permanently deleted, resulting in the loss of phone numbers, emails, contacts, and billing history.
  • Clients must ensure that valid credit card information is on file, including a backup card.
  • Services, including phone and hosting, will cease for accounts delinquent beyond 60 days.
  • If GO Agency manages a client’s Google Workspace, email, or domain registration, we reserve the right to redirect the domain to an invoice payment page after 60 days of delinquency.Account Transfer PolicyIf you request a transfer of your account, GO Agency reserves the right to remove all proprietary assets prior to the transfer. 13. Client Responsibilities and Training

  • GO Agency is not responsible for providing social media expertise training.
  • Clients requesting full access and ownership of social media accounts must accept ownership invitations.
  • Coaching, education, or assistance (via Zoom or phone) for account recovery or platform training will be billed at $99 per hour per GO Agency staff member and $315 per hour for executive assistance.

14. Advertising Account Ownership

  • Advertising results and campaigns are proprietary to GO Agency.
  • We do not share ad accounts with other agencies or clients.
  • Clients may receive full access to the business portfolio on platforms like Meta but not to individual ad accounts.
  • Unauthorized use or fraud involving our credit card systems will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law in the State of Florida.
  • Clients will be responsible for hourly fees incurred to fix and recover any damaged accounts resulting from their negligence.

15. Account Reactivation and Additional Fees

  • A $693 fee will be charged to unpause any account that has become delinquent.
  • Additional fees for phone number recovery or A2P (Application-to-Person) registration will be charged hourly or as per contract terms.

16. Cancellation Policy

Clients may cancel services through one of the following methods:

  • Navigating to Settings > Billing > Cancel My Account
  • Completing the cancellation form at https://hangry-hub.com/cancellation
  • Providing written notice via mail to our mailing address
  • Sending an email to web@gogency.com
  • Go Agency reserves the right to cancel any account that is deemed dishonest or fraudulent. In this event Go Agency will contact the account admin via phone, email and SMS 3 days prior. If no response from client within 3 days or failure to complete a cancellation form once given notice the Go Agency reserves the right to cancel any account that becomes unresponsive regardless of payment status.

Services will continue until a formal cancellation is received through one of these methods.


17. Limitation of Liability

Our liability for any claim related to our services or website is limited to the amount paid by you for those services – excluding hard costs and advertising costs. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages either by acts of God or specifically the clients poor operations practices or client location.


18. Jurisdiction

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
