Advertising & Commission Structure

By using GO Agency’s advertising services:

You agree to a 15% commission on ad spend or a minimum of $400 per month per channel.
Ad channels include: Meta (Facebook + Instagram), Google Ads, TikTok, Snapchat, AdRoll, and others.
If you are part of the “2,000 Customers Guaranteed” program, we may retain any ad dollars under the $1 CPL (cost per lead) threshold.
We reserve the right to reallocate budget to maximize delivery and efficiency.

AI Usage and Additional Charges

GO Agency integrates AI for:

Auto-responses to reviews and DMs
Comment management on social platforms
Missed call texts, voice replies, and lead generation bots

Each AI interaction incurs additional usage-based fees. Ignorance of these fees does not entitle a user to a refund.

Account Delinquency

Accounts unpaid for 60+ days may be deleted along with all data.
Service interruptions may include loss of phone numbers, domains, emails, and hosting.
We may redirect your domain to a payment page if it was registered by GO Agency on your behalf.

Data Sharing

We only share your information with:

Vendors who help deliver services (e.g., Stripe, Twilio, Google)
Our legal or tax representatives when required
Government agencies if legally compelled
Subcontractors who have signed confidentiality agreements

We do not sell your personal information. We may share anonymized or aggregated data for marketing or analytics purposes.

Your Rights

You have the right to:

Access, correct, or delete your data
